Extra funds in my a/c while solving previous ticket " Escrow money is not appearing in my account"

Hello

Last time, I had an issue that escrow money in my account is not appearing. The ticket had been solved. However, now. I have a different issue.

The ticket had been resolved by the customer support and they transferred money to my Paypal account.However, I have couple of questions:

1. My Paypal account is not linked with the Upwroks, how were they able to transfer that money in my PayPal account
2. Now its showing extra amount in my Upworks account ; It was confirmed by the customer support that almost 10 bucks are remaining . Why this extra amount in my account?? I think there are some issues with the calculation. Please anyone can clarify, because I have other things to do as well. I think its my responsibility to inform you, hence I am requesting you to please take care of this.
