She probably meant she would arbitrate without any bias.

 

I have read somewhere in this forum that a freelancer won a dispute, so we can’t assume that the client always wins.

 

But a dispute is a messy, last-resort step that is best avoided, especially for small sums of money.

"Make sure you take a couple sentences from the article and create a Google Alerts notification to make sure she doesn't use your stuff. File a DMCA with Bing and Google if she does."
