FORGOT ANSWER TO SECURITY QUESTION

Hey guys, I forgot the answer to my security question, I pressed "forgot answer" and I haven't received an email yet (I checked the spam folder and nothing). I did that 2 hours ago multiple times and nothing still. What do I do? I cant access the get paid sector. Thanks!
