Facing Issue in my Earning Certificate

Hi Upwork Community,

I am facing issue in my earning certificate. The earning certificate showing my first & last name. I want my First Name & the middle in the earning certificate OR full name, Because in the pakistan the middle name is very important. Please resolve my issue.
