I first downloaded a version of Upwork Desktop App and started to track time with the app. Then I found out that the screenshot did not include the document that I was working on as it only screenshoted my background. I searched it online and I saw that people were having the same problems. The solution was to download a new app. I tried it but after I downloaded the new version of the app, I could not open it. It says as below:

I have the same issue, but after couple reopening of the app all goes well.
