I have tried many times to submit my proposals, however, my proposals can not be saved by the application.
It happened since yesterday although I have followed the steps in submiitting the proposal properly. The result is as follows:
"Sorry, we were unable to save your application.
Please try again or contact support."

I see you posted this comment and created a couple of more tickets even though our agents responded on the four tickets you created earlier today. Please check the information our agents shared, follow their instructions, follow up on one of your tickets if you're still experiencing the problem and refrain from submitting new requests.
