Failed to activate Freelancer Plus

Hi,

I havee been trying to upgrade my profile to Freelancer Plus with visa card. But it kept showing the payment could not be processed. I used the same card to buy connect and it worked. But its not working to upgrade my orfile. Can you please tell where am I going wrong? I have attached the screenshot of the notification.

There was an issue earlier which has now been resolved. Could you please try clearing your browser's cookies to see if the issue persists?

Thank you for your reply. I will try again after clearing the cookies. Sorry for the screengrab. I thought it would help to find out the problem. I will let you know if the prblem still persists. Thanks again.
