Failure of transaction

I transferred money from upwork to Payoneer on this Friday but didn't get any mail or balance from Payoneer yet. Any solution?

I'm sorry to hear about the delay with your latest withdrawal. Please note that the standard withdrawal time for Payoneer is 24 hours. If the funds are not deposited in your Payoneer account by then, let us know and our team will assist you further.

Upwork notified me as that transaction is successful but didn't get money
on Payoneer.
