Fake Jobs?!? 😫

It's just me or does it happen to everyone?

I update my feed. And there is a project published less than 1 minute, 

For example: Edit 1 photo, Fixed-price, $15, a quick description and speech that needs to be done in less than 1 hour. The client has already done several jobs, has already done several hires, has already spent a lot of money here on the website.

ok, I can do this job and send the proposal in less than 1 minute.

I wait, and wait, and wait and nothing.

More than 15 people send the proposal and nothing.  It's been over 1 hour, 2 .. 3 hours and nothing. without interview, without hiring. Days passed and nothing.

Wasn't it supposed to be a quick job?  

I sent several proposals in this same style and that happened.

Yes I guess some clients think it will make their job more attractive if it's urgent, or they want plenty of proposals, no idea. I usually skip the "urgent" ones.
