Fake client give me negative feedback

Hi, yesterday I get a job and client say to that make transaction $400 to purchase PUBG Mobile UC. I said to her when I get payment then make transaction to purchase PUBG mobile uc. She said if you can't do the transaction I will give you negative feedback on your profile but I said I can't do that. Then she end the contract and give me negative feedback. Now I checked the contract and her profile to realize that her account is banned. Sir help me how to remove the negative feedback? Because I am new and its my first job. Please solve the problem.
