I have been searching for work from Upwork its quite a while and I feel now it's very hard to send proposals without buys connects are internal economic commodity but even after spending money on Connects, I am not getting project clients not even opening my proposals even boosted proposals. they just post jobs and then ghost freelancers. I guess upwork on purpose not taking action or not making any policy about it. it's stressful and frustrating. I wish I could report this to any govt authority so they can inquire about it.
