False warning from support

About a week ago I received a warning that I was violating the UpWork rules. I am sure that it was an inadequate client who threatened me with a complaint "for no reason". The violation says that I accept or offer payments or cooperation outside the platform. I NEVER DO THIS, I have all the evidence of the correspondence that I just asked to activate the milestone, as the client cheated, and added the milestone, asked for all work but did not activate it. After the work was done, I asked him to activate the milestone, to which he asked for more and more edits. But support without understanding the situation sent a warning I'm already tired of writing to support.

Were you able to send screen shots of the client's threat? 

 

Just tell support (once) that the client lied and agree to never break the rules.
