Family Emergency

I recently had a family member pass away due to covid and will not be able to work for a while. Would it be possible to get refunds on my available connects? I won't be working for another year I have a lot of family issues at the moment.

I am sorry about your family situation, but connects expire after a year (I think) so they will not do you any good even if they refunded them (which they will not).
