Feature Request - Filter by "Online" - Or by: Active / Inactive & Offline

I would like to make a simple feature request on the filterable criteria section, of inviting freelancers.

The filter would be simple. To allow to filter, only by users who are currently:

- Online / Active.
- Or logged in, but inctive.

USE CASE:
When a Client, only wants to contact / hire Freelancers, who are immediatley available.

This appears to be very common in job descriptions. EG: Need someone who is available now / who can start immediatley.

Please find attached, where the feature should go, and what criteria it should filter on (example)
