Is this a place I can make a feature suggestion/change suggestion? 

I searched here on the topic but don't see a post that exactly matches my issue.

ISSUE:  Multiple times now I have been in the middle of writing a thoughtful, detailed, meaningful post to an open job and right when I click submit I get a message that the job is no longer available.

Now I realize that this cannot be entirely prevented.  It's understandable that freelancers will start a proposal and then a job will be closed/hired, etc.  However I think it would be very helpful and save many wasted hours by freelancers if UW could pop a real-time alert to say that the job I am writing a ton about has just been closed.  

That should be a pretty simple addition and I see no downside.  Upside is huge in terms of time saved and frustration prevented.  

Make sense?  How can I get this suggestion to someone who can act on it?  I would not raise it except that it has happened enough times to start bugging me.
