Feature request: option to withdraw proposal without notifying client

If this topic has been addressed elsewhere, then I apologize. Anyway, I'm aware that in order to modify a cover letter after submitting a proposal. you have to withdraw the proposal, and send another proposal. However, it's awkward having to explain to the client that you withdrew it in order to revise your cover letter. Therefore, please consider implementing an option whereby the client will not be notified that you withdrew the proposal, especially if the client hasn't seen it yet. Thank you.

I don't often edit my proposals but this is a great idea.
