Fee issue - double charge?

Hi,

I have 2 charges on my credit card from Upwork for the same amount a day apart. Due to to currency differences I cannot spot them on my statement, but also can't find anything even close. How can I get details of these?

One other thing, I would prefer to have these charges deducted from my earnings balance. Can I do that?
