Feedback Dispute

I have worked with a client and provided best quality of work related to frontend designing and backend.
Everything was perfect so client was also satisfied . There were also two more developer was working on the same website project which was hired by the same client, so there was total three developer including me.
we all were working on seperate module , later I have to access one of the developer page because I had to send my data to his page as we have to interlink all but that developer did not provided any information about that page so I asked to client that I need to access that page so that I can grow project further, but client said asked him directly so I asked that developer again but he again did not replied to my question. 
Later that greedy developer wanted to do my work also so that he can make more money because he was paid as 20$ per hour and each day he was working 9 hours , that is why he provoked to client that my code is wrong . 
Client listend to that developer because that developer  has more work experiance. Later client was taken in by his words and ended the contract with me .
That client not only end the contract but also wrote negative feedback on my profile and gave one star rating.He also blocked me so that I can not contact him.

Now I have mentioned my response below his negative feedback so that if someone visit to my profile then they can see my point of view also, but the issue is that I am not able to my response below his feedback.
Can any one tell me why my response is not visible below his negative feedback ?

Thanks Maykola for you valuable reply. Right now I am not able to do dispute feedback because I am not top rated , so I just wanted to show my response below client's negative feedback.

Thanks Mykola. I have contacted upwork support , so they are checking the issue.
