Hi there,

A client of mine wants to change her feedback given to me? I've enabled "Change Feedback" option from my end but she says she is unable to do it fro her account. 14 days have elapsed since I enabled the change feedback option? Please help. Thanks.

That means it is too late.

It is really unprofessional to ask clients to change feedback.

Hi Petra,

Thanks for your response. You haven't understood what I'm saying. The client wants to change feedback but is unable to do so inspite of me enabling the change feedback option.

Hi Pranav,

Once you enable your client to change their feedback on a contract, they have 14 days to make any changes, after 14 days the window closes. You can learn more about this here.
