I want to hide one feedback. All the conditions written at https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/219801228-Feedback-Removal have been fulfilled on my part.
I've sent several requests with contract number and "Hide from Profile and JSS" to firstname.lastname@example.org but nothing has happened for 3 days. Even the answer does not come to the request.
Perhaps I am doing something wrong?
How long can this process take?
Since the "Get help from upwork" button for live chat for some reason is completely absent for me. What other way can I speed up the process of hiding feedback?

Thank you for reaching out. Could you please reply to the same ticket thread for your feedback removal? You can also respond to the corresponding email for the ticket in order to reopen the ticket and direct it to the agent assigned to your concern.
