Feedback Removal

If i am deliviring the exact product which a client wants and a client pays too but after ending the contract client gives a bad feedback and didn't ask for any refund too, in that case is there a way to remove a feedback ?

you can refund, which will remove the visible impact of the contract.

However, the impact on your JSS will remain.
