Hi,

My client ended project and i gave refund all money. Now, Does this job affect the score ?

If it does, I want to remove it. If it doesn't, why job score was reduced ?

Please note that all contracts you've had are included in your score's calculation, even those on which you issued a full refund. Note that clients can leave private feedback on these jobs and Top Rated freelancers can use the feedback removal option to exclude a contract from their Job Success Score calculation.

Why two? Wait!! And the score will not update until the next update 2 weeks from now anyway.
