Hi Jon,

This is a very common issue which every freelancer faces nowadays. When a contract is ended the feedback appears on your profile within the next 24 hours. In your case you have ended the contract on 1st Jan. It should have become visible within the next 24 hours. Could you check again that the contract is properly ended? Because it's odd to see such. But don't worry anyone from the moderator will assist you on this issue real soon.
