I checked and the contract you're referring to is showing completed on my end. Can you clear your browser cache and cookies and see if the problem persists?

Was the contract actually closed? If the contract is still open then you need to encourage the client to close it, if at all posible, if that fails, close it yourself.
I checked and it looks like this contract is still active. Please reach out to your client to request for this contract to be closed as Petra advised.
