Feedback/Review not showing up on my profile?

Hi! My feedback and review that was given to me by my first customer is not showing up on my profile which severly hinders my chances on landing a next project as I imagine feedback is very important. Any help please?

Hi Richard.

I've had 3 jobs on upwork. 2 of them are still in progress but my profile is showing that i have "2 Jobs". Payment has been exchanged too. Kindly rectify this for me.

Hi everyone,

 

I have a question about the client's feedback. Why is it not showing on my Upwork profile 'til now? We already have feedback from each other. The job has already been completed two weeks ago. Does it really take time to show up on the profile?

I would like to clarify that the feedback will only show on your profile once you receive a payment from the client for at least $1.

 I have an on going hourly job on upwork with my clients. It's not showing on my profile please help. 

It will show up eventually. Don't worry about this.

For some reason, these two completed jobs are not appearing on my profile even though both contracts ended on Jan 17. Could someone from Upwork please look into this please?

My second question is this; the last time I was rated (Jan 9 if I'm not wrong; '12 out of 16' eligible weeks), my rating was at 90. I got rated again on Jan 20 (now rating at 93) but I've not yet received the 'Top Rated' badge yet. Interesting enough, my eligible weeks remain '12 out of 16' even after being at rated again on Jan 20. Any explanation on this will be of great help.

Hi Elly,

The contracts will show on your profile once the client has been charged next week. c\Clients are billed every Monday for hours tracked in the previous week. 

 

If you had a week in the past under 90% JSS, your count will go up once the week is outside of the calculation window. To learn more how Top Rated eligible weeks are calculated check out this guide, thank you.

Hello there,
i completed 4 jobs on upwork so far. The first 3 jobs all showed immediately in my profile after completion. Job number 4 isn't showing up at all - even after 24 hours and a 5 star review.

I already tried it with a privat browser window.

Please be advised that a contract will only show as in progress or ended once you receive a payment from the client for at least $1. In general, when you receive the earnings, the contract and feedback should show on your work history. You will receive your earnings for this contract according to the weekly billing cycle

 

Let us know if your contract is not showing on your profile after you receive your earning and we will assist you further.

Just for my understanding: The other weekly contract did show up in my projects because the client payed immediately for the job?

Yes, the feedback and the contract will only show on your profile once you receive a payment from the client for at least $1. You already received the payment for the contracts you are referring to so they are already showing on your profile.

I am new on Upwork and have total 3 jobs, one is finished, 2 is ongoing.

I don't know why there is only first contract appear in Work History on my profile. The status is done as we finished the last milestone but the status I see is still In-Progess.

The second contract is recorded by Work Diary, it don't appear in Work History. And the third one, paid my milestone, is also not there.

Please someone explain to me why and how I can make all contract display in my Work History.

Please know that a contract will only show as in progress or ended once you receive a payment from the client for at least $1. In general, when you receive the earnings, the contract should show on your work history. You can find more information about getting paid here

Hi i have a client that made review few days ago and still doesnt appears on my work history look the photo from my side seems that made as a reply on my review but hasnt option to change that, is we want to make the review shows on my work history : InkedScreenshot 2021-10-31 120309_LI.jpg

Please fix that because is improtant to me that reviews, keep in mind that is two reviews that doesnt show.

I am not sure if I should drop this message here, but let me try me luck.
I have an ongoing project that isn't showing on my profile. Is that normal, even when you've earned from the project?

I checked and it looks like the funds for the contract you are referring to are currently under the Pending tab on your Overview page. This represents the standard security hold period in which funds cannot be withdrawn. Payments for fixed-price milestones (and bonuses) have a 5-day security period from the time payment is made to funds availability.

 

Please be advised that a contract will only show as in progress or ended once you receive a payment from the client for at least $1. In general, when you receive the earnings, the contract should show on your work history.

I am also unable to see my work history in

public view. even though I have completed my work and got its feedback almost a week ago.

I checked your account and I can see that you have one contract listed on your profile. Could you clear your cache and cookies and log in again to check if you're able to view your contract on your end? Thank you.

It is in your work history on your profile.

You probably mean your employment history, which has nothing to do with your Upwork contracts and you need to complete yourself with the work or employment your have done apart from Upwork contracts
