Feedback/Review not showing up on my profile?

Hi! My feedback and review that was given to me by my first customer is not showing up on my profile which severly hinders my chances on landing a next project as I imagine feedback is very important. Any help please?

The feedback will show up on your Work History once the payment for the contract has already been processed according to the Weekly Billing Cycle. Once the payment has been processed in your account, please wait for 24-hours for the contract to show up on your Work History.

Oh, thank you very much for clearing that one. I thought it’s 24 hours
after the feedback was given. I got my feedback right away on my previous
Hourly Contract client right after he ended the contract, that’s why I had
an assumption that it would be the same.

Hello,

I need help to solve my problem. my current job is not showing in the job in the process tab in a specific category. please help me and tell me what to do.

I attached pictures.

in 1st image, my all work shows and in this in-process section my current job is showing 2 but when I go to the category where this job needs to place.

in 2nd image, this job actually needs to posted in the in-process section. but it's only showing 1 instead of 2 .

I hope you guys understand what I am trying to say.

my current running job is 2 and it only shows 1.

2nd job was update in the all work section 1 week ago.

Hi Zohaib,

If you haven't applied with your specialized profile you will need to add the job manually to your specialized profile.
To do this, select the correct specialized profile > next to the Work History click on the pencil case > mark the job you would like to list > click Save. Once this is done, the contract will be listed under your general and specialized profile. Thank you.

Feedback for closed contracts appears on your public profile. You can see this by going to Find Work > Profile. I can see that the feedback for your latest contract is already showing there. Feel free to check this help article to learn more.

Because you haven't been paid yet. The contract will show after the client has been charged for the hours you logged this week, which will happen on Monday. It can then take another day or so.

It doesn't matter whether the contract is closed or not. It doesn't matter whether you left feedback or not. The client won't be charged until Monday and the contract will show some time after that.
