Feedback/Review not showing up on my profile?

Hi! My feedback and review that was given to me by my first customer is not showing up on my profile which severly hinders my chances on landing a next project as I imagine feedback is very important. Any help please?

Hi Rasika, 

Once you have at least been paid $1 on the contract, the job will show as "Job in progress" in your Work History. For feedback to appear in your Work History, the last payment for the contract should be available in your account, and both you and your client has left feedback for each other or the 14-day feedback period has expired.

Hi Mahbub,

When working hourly contracts, all time logged in the Work Diary by the freelancer is automatically invoiced to the client using the schedule below.

• Week 1 – Freelancer logs time using the Upwork desktop app and Work Diary.
• Week 2 – Hours within the weekly limit invoice to your clients on Monday. They have until Friday to review the work. Then the review period ends.
• Week 3 – Earnings become available on the following Wednesday.

You'll have to wait for the earnings to become available to you. Feel free to check this article for more information.

Please know that contracts take about 24 hours to appear on your profile after your client pays at least $1.00. Since this is an Hourly Contract, please wait for your client to be invoiced and you to receive payment as per the Weekly Billing Cycle.

The contract ended on Sep 18, and the total Hours and Earnings weren't appearing and review also.

now it shows the total hours and earnings, but still showing that total projects are one, and the review didn't appear yet

I checked your recently ended contracts, and it looks like the client has only left a star rating. The star rating is already showing on your profile. While for the other one, please know that contracts take about 24 hours to appear on your profile after your client pays at least $1.00. Contracts not meeting this minimum are hidden from your profile and excluded from your work and feedback history. Once you receive payment, then the contract and feedback will appear in your Work History section.

The feedback will show up on your Work History once the payment for the contract has already been processed according to the Weekly Billing Cycle. Once the payment has been processed in your account, please wait for 24-hours for the contract to show up on your Work History.

Please keep in mind that in order for a contract to be listed on your profile funds needs to be exchanged. I also just generated your profile manually and everything should be updated accordingly. Thank you.

Hi Ibrahim,

Your profile will display your contracts as long as at least $1 has been paid on them. Currently, all contracts with at least $1 paid are showing on your profile. Once payments are made on your last contract, it’ll show there as well.

Looks like the client hasn't provided feedback for your first contract. If you communicating with your client you may ask them to update their feedback on this contract as per instructions shared in this help article.

1. The client closed the contract and left a nice review but the job is not being shown on my profile.
2. The job was hourly, how will I get paid. Just like fixed price contracts in which the client releases money or I'll get the money automatically?

Jobs do not show up immediately when closed.

Wait a week. It will show up.

Or force-refresh your profile page by making a small change in the profile overview text.

Like Goran, I can also see you have feedback on your profile. One in your Completed jobs and another mid-contract feedback in your In progress tab. Could you please confirm if you're referring to a different contract so we could check and assist you further?

Actually, whenever I tried to attract any non-upwork client to my profile they don't see any review that was my issue. The job I completed Is posted publicly and I propose and got selected through the procedure yet after completing the job the review is not showing but now I will wait for at least a week to see if it appears.

Just to clarify, are you referring to others who are viewing your profile as logged out users? If yes, please keep in mind that when a job is posted as private it will be visible only to users who are logged in on Upwork. 
I also checked your profile and the feedback from your client is published on your profile. Thank you.
