Contract closed December 6th and the feedback appeared on my profile on December 10th.
On December 12th, the feedback disappeared again and has been missing since.
The fee for the contract was approved, charged to the client, cleared and I have withdrawn the money from Upwork, but the feedback still isn't back.
I have cleared cache, tried a different browser, tried a different computer etc. but the feedback does not show.
I have contacted support but receive the usual "it requires further research to resolve. I’ll update you when we have a solution".
When will this actually be taken care of?

Thank you, Goran. Nobody has responded to the ticket since December 13th though.
Is the issue with missing feedback still a global issue affecting everyone?
