Feedback doesn't appear on profile

Hey guys,

So i just finished working with this client, and he left me a lovely feedback with 5 stars, but when i go to my profile i can only see the amount of money and the project title with 'no feedback given' even tho i can see it in the contract.

am i missing something ?

It can take up to 24 hours for your profile to update and the feedback to appear.

I checked and it looks like feedback for your most recent job is already showing on your profile. Congrats on a successful job!

I would also like to ask a question, since the thread is related to this and for some reason I cannot send a help request.  Particularly, I completed an hourly project last week, I gave feedback and I was told that I was given feedback too. However, the feedback and the hours (actually 1 hour)  have not appeared yet to my profile. On the other hand the review for a more recent project was published. Thus I am a bit confused if there is a problem or not.

Hi Dimitri,

Your most recently completed Hourly contract will appear in your Work History once you receive payment for this week's timesheet. The second contract you mentioned was a fixed-price one, and it showed up on your profile after your client released the Milestone funds. Please read more about Upwork's weekly billing cycle.

5 days ago I've encouraged my 2 clients to end contract for me and one of them said she has left me a feedback and the other one said she's going to do it, but still no feedback appears on my profile and I've already gave them my feedbacks today.

Hi Pornthip, 

I checked your closed contracts and can see that you indeed left feedback for your client already. The system is double-blind, meaning you will only see your client's feedback to you if they have already left feedback. If they don't leave feedback, and the 14-day feedback period expires, these contracts will show as "No feedback given" on your profile.

You can often see the client's feedback in your Contracts page before it appears in your job history.
