Feedback in wrong place

So I ended a contract with a long term client, everyone happy.

I left feedback and invited him to do the same

He responded to my feedback rather than leaving his own - he's not sure how - and so it's showing up like this:

He can't see how to leave his own feedback in the right section and it's not showing up on my own profile for prospective clients to see.

Please help!
