Feedback is still not remove in my profile after full refund

So I refunded my client simply because I feel like I was not able to deliver his expected outcome due to me being sick. I wanted to refund it because we had good relationship for the past months and I was able to deliver good results.. it was kust this project that not, so in order to secure future projects with him, I went to give full refund but problem is that, the feedback is still showing on my profile, I thought it was supposed to get removed? Thanks.

If you have issued a full refund on your contract it will be removed from your profile. Please allow up to 24 hours for your profile to be updated accordingly. Thank you.
