Feedback on an ended contract

Hello Everyone,
                                  I need help on an issue with Client Feedback.
I worked for a client on an hourly based project for 2 hours. The job was done and I asked the client to close the contract and leave feedback. He said "I'll pay you, and give you a lovely review for your efforts." I waited for 4 days but he didn't end the contract. So, I ended the contract and asked him to leave feedback.
After almost 13 days he replied to me that he can't leave feedback. I knew what to do so I gave him permission to change feedback as it was set to none. But he still said, "it won't let me do it."
Now he is inactive and I don't want a contract with no feedback on my profile for which I have worked hard and the client also wants to leave feedback.
Is there someway that upwork can include that feedback in positive as I have proof in "upwork messages".

No, that isn't possible. The contract counts as neutral, it does no harm,

One contract without feedback doesn't matter at all. Stop pestering the client and move on.
