"I have been treated unfairly. The client paid me only $5 for a $50 design, and they haven’t paid me $35 either. Additionally, they gave me bad feedback. Please remove the feedback from my account."

This is one of the traps of very low-paying jobs. Clients who offer them are mainly looking for control, and once a freelancer shows character, they immediately flame them because, in their mind, a freelancer who accepts such jobs shouldn't have a voice.
I'm sorry for what happened, Faheem. I understand the importance of feedback, especially when you're new to the platform. You can try reporting this to Upwork, capturing any screenshots you have, and see what happens. But remember that there are no guarantees they will remove it. Only top-rated freelancers can use this feature, and unfortunately, Upwork will also eliminate this perk in September, opening the door for more unbalanced clients at the expense of freelancers' health, efforts, and dedication to the platform.
I hope a kind soul can fix this for you.

Hello Faheem,
I would address this to the moderator. If you go to the top right of your message, you can click "Notify Moderator"

What do you think a moderator can do here? There is no Terms violation from the client. The OP admitted he made a mistake, and you expect Upwork to pay for it? The OP didn't pay attention, and wasn't following the rules. So, hopefully they learn, and don't do it again. If they do, then again, they will have $5.00
If they were using hourly, there is still no possibility of getting the money, because an official Upwork contract was in place, and agreed to by both parties. No reason to bother Support, when there is no problem.

In your response, you say, your mistake was working for $5.00. You are correct, it was your mistake. I suggest you don't look at jobs until you have used the Academy, and read and understand the Terms of Service and all the Upwork platform and contract rules.
You agreed to do a $5.00 job. Then you kept after the client for more money. What did you think would happen?
Take this as a lesson learned, and don't make the mistake again. If it's not in the contract, it doesn't exist.
