I have completed my first 3 jobs on Upwork for almost 4 months ago and I didn't know about closing the project with feedback. Now I closed the projects and requested feedback but there is no activity on all employer's accounts... I am not getting new jobs because of this... Is there any solution to this?

I doubt that having no feedback is the reason for not getting new jobs, but it was definitely unwise to end them at this point. Busy clients might overlook the email notification, or not care enough to log into their account to provide feedback. 

Next time you are in this situation, do the following: 

1. Ask former clients to end stale contracts.

2. If they don't respond, end them yourself, one at a time between other contracts with feedback so they don't stick out. 

I don't know what you mean with a solution for this, as upwork can't put a gun to a client and make them provide feedback, it's up to you how you manage clients.

I was new to Upwork I didn't know about it. I thought I will get a box for feedback or some kind of notification like freelancer.com but it didn't happen. Now I am not getting work just because of this...How much this will affect my job rate
