Fees for additional Connects (80)

Hello,

It seems that I paid for membership fee for Fees for additional Connects (80) but I did not buy any connect and I did not use those connects. How could I refund it?

They are included in the membership fee, you don't pay extra for them.

But I have just Freelancer Basic membership. It would be free.
