Financial Account Freezing by Odesk

I also work for a company in odesk and before a month odesk suspend our companie's financial account. They got a dispute from a client and want us to resolve with the client. Our team head work with the client and solved all the issues with there program. But now the client is asking for 50% refund and started black mailing. Odesk dispute team is very slow in replying and whenever they reply they start saying that we need to resolve the issue with the client. So only refund can solve this issue ? Odesk stand for clients only and then whats the use of this guaranteed hourly payment ?

Payment is guaranteed for an hourly contract only when work diary has not
  1. Any manual time
  2. Any hour block that has more than 20 minutes of work activity lower than 5 and/or contains no work memos
  3. Any hour block that has more then 10 minutes of activity not pertaining to the client's job
Client can file a dispute for whatever reason he/she has. oDesk will review your work diary to see if there is a violation of above rules then corresponding time block will be removed - means you will be paid less.
