Last 2 days ago I saw an error stating that my Financial Transactions has been limited ( contact costumer support ) which I did. But It's been more than 48 hours since I sent a couple of tickets but no one replied. I don't know why I can't withdraw my funds since I already worked for it, all files sent and a happy client. Now I'm hesitant to continue as I have no idea on what is happening and my client still asks for more work. Can somebody please help me or atleast tell me what to do? I would appreciate it.
