Hello esteemed Upwork users.
I hve been on Upwork for about a month. However, recently, I got a message stating that my account is on hold and I am requuired to submit my ID and Utiity bill or bank statement. I submitted the requested details two days ago. However, I have not received any response. What could be the issue. Asking as a concerned freelancer. I have cotracts going on and I am needed to submit the respective tasks, but I am unable to do so until the account is cleared. Please help me. Thanks
