Financial Transactions Put in Hold

Why is my account on hold? It says it has something to do with the Yes Bank of India? I have no idea what that is. I use PayPal for payouts. Never heard of that bank. Why is it tied to my account? I don’t want to submit any proposals for fear of not getting my money. Help please.
