Financial Transactions

There's a message on my account now that says "Financial transactions have been limited. Please check your email for additional information or contact customer support. I checked my email, found nothing and I tried to contact support with the link, but it's taking me back to the main page. Any help?

They probably just want you to verify your ID, you know, to make sure that you are who you say you are, are the person in your picture, and verify your background...
