Hey! Upwork notified me of my financial account being suspended. I have provided them with the details they have asked for and haven’t received any email yet. I’m worried. Kindly help!

They are telling me that I have any outstanding balance in my account but I have none. I’ve provided with every detail asked. How will I get this suspension removed? I have no idea.
