Hi,
I want to withdraw funds and I get the message that "Financial account has been suspended".
I try to add my local banking information, but Upwork requires me to submit my telephone number in US format (look attachment). Even if I try to add a number in this format, I can't get past this step!

Regarding your account, our team will reach out to you via ticket and will assist you further.
Regarding the phone number, please add it in this format: (country code) phone number. There's no need to add any signs in front of the country code and don't forget to add space after the brackets. Thank you.
