Financial account is placed on hold temporarily

I was advised to do profile verification. I just want to ask first because I don't have any government id card as of the moment. I have my birth certificate, ATM and Police Clearance with me. Is this acceptable for my profile verification? My postal ID is still on process. I'm just so worried now because my Financial account is placed on hold. I've been working so hard everyday to support my needs. To apply for Postal ID will take 15 to 21 days. Please help, I really need the money once its available for withdrawal.
