Financial account limited.

How long does it take for this issue to be resolved? I know that it's a case-to-case basis but, what's the worse-case-scenario time bracket for resolution?

In the old forum, there's someone who complained that his/her ticket is 7 weeks old and never updated. Same issue as yours.

So I got an alarming meesage from customer support a day ago stating that my account has been limited because I was using an autoclicker. I was bewildered as I never used any autoclicker and my clients can vouch for that. I was working in a contract with a client that involves data gathering to excel and messaging contacts in Linkedin. If I was using an autoclicker, it would reflect in my work that the data I gathered is not proportional to the hours. My client helped me and called support about the issue to clarify this, and yet customer support wants to end ALL of my contracts in order for the review to commence. I don't understand why I was accused and I don't understand why I need to end ALL contracts for the review to commence? I have been emailing with customer support but the agent assigned to me was unresponsive. I just need to know the explanation why I was accused and why do I need to end ALL of my contracts? As what I have heard, account review takes weeks, I would be jobless by then and worst, I can't withdraw any of my earnings which is really unfair. Odesk is my fulltime job and my livelihood, how am I going to survive without a job if my account review takes weeks? Some of my clients as well are inactive and is unresponsive, would that affect my review if I just end the contracts myself? Pls I just need answers. This is so frustrating. Why is the agent assigned to me unresponsive?
