Hi!
I see a message saying that my financial account is suspended. I forgot to top up the card connected to my PayPal and Upwork couldn't collect the membership fee.
My plan has been downgraded which was fine, but then I saw the message saying that my account is suspended and asking me to update my payment methods. My PayPal also got blocked for some reason.
I've resolved the issue with PayPal and added back my PayPal and debit card to Upwork, but the message won't go away and I cannot withdraw funds. Could you please advise me on what I should do?
