Financial hold and no help

I have a notification that my financial transactions have been limited and to contact customer support.
1) none of my settings suggest that I have a hold and my acct is set to do instant transfer. I’m not receiving any messages or notifications that there’s an issue. My client paid and closed the contract yet it doesn’t reflect in my balance. I’d like to be paid.
2) customer support doesn’t exist. Only the option to post this public community help request with no explanation of when or how I’ll be replied to.
Not very happy especially during this time when freelancers are all struggling to pay bills that I’m having to jump these hoops to be paid for work I’ve already completed, that you receive such outrageous fees for services you clearly don’t even provide and that I have no way of even being able to confidently contact anyone for help.
