Financial transaction have been limited error

I am getting this message Financial transactions for my account have been limited, I didn't get an email or any notifications for the reason of this message although all my notification settings were on, I already sent the certificates needed to prove my skills as per required from the email I received, I would like to know how many days will it be processed to lift the error from my account. Please help this is bothering me. Thank you.
