Financial transactions are limited

I am getting, "Financial transactions for Chetan Andani (816XXXX) have been limited. Please check your email for additional information or contact customer support". I have already submitted everything I was asked to. It has been 8 days, but everyday I am getting the reply, "We are reviewing your case, thank you for your patience" and all. I want to know the current status of the case please. Please don't say, "our team will reach out to you", that's not a solution.
