Financial transactions for **Edited**

HI,

 

Firstly my account was in hold status due to any reason and I was trying to take help from customer support but after a few minutes it gets suspended state and now status gets changed -- Financial transactions for **Edited for community guidelines**

 

but when clicking on customer support. it redirects me on the feed page 

and when trying to get my profile it will show like this---

What should I do?

Hi Pramod,

 

Please be reminded that Upwork does not allow users to have multiple freelancer accounts. Please close your new account in order not to violate Upwork's TOS. 

 

Our team has reached out to you just recently regarding your account status. Please check the last email sent to you by our team which details what steps you should take to lift the hold on your account.

HI,

As I am unable to post my issue to the Upwork community that's why I have
created new account. Once my older account(pramodshukla1011@gmail.com)
issue get resolved I will close this one.

And for information, I did not get any email instructions to resolve my
older account issue
