Hi there,
I am getting this message for last ~ 2 months. I tried to fix it, by adding payment methods, but nothing changes.
Also, noticed that my Agency Plus membership has expired. When I try to pay its says "Your payment could not be processed. Please choose an alternate payment method or retry again later."
Can anyone help, cause i find it really hard to reach Upwork Support, no email, just boring bot who doesn't give you proper anwsers.

Presumably Upwork wanted to ID verify you and confirm whether you really are in the USA and not in Serbia...
